Heineken USA has moved its Dos Equis brand from Havas Worldwide to Droga5. Havas had been handling the account since 2006. Droga5’s first campaign as agency of record will launch in 2018.

After more than 50 years with Ogilvy, American Express has moved responsibilities for its global brand account to McgarryBowen. Ogilvy will remain on Amex’s roster and continue working with the company in the U.S. and international markets. No RFP was issued. The financial brand spent $304.4 million on measured media in the U.S. last year.

Ancestry.com has hired Droga5 as its lead creative agency without a review. Prior to Droga, Ancestry worked with various small agencies on specific projects.

As part of an ongoing consolidation of U.S. agency partners, MGM Resorts International is adding its regional casinos and resorts to McCann’s roster.

Following a review, Colle+McVoy was named agency of record for the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board.

Agency Creative/ Producers

360i has hired former Deutsch New York executive creative director and head of art and design, Menno Kluin as its new chief creative officer. Kluin replaces Pierre Lipton in the role. Lipton left the agency to join McCann New York as a global executive creative director.

MullenLowe U.S. has made three new creative hires: Scott Hayes as executive creative director; Chris Ribeiro as SVP/group creative director; and Drew Stalker as SVP/group creative director. Hayes joins MullenLowe’s Winston-Salem office from Anomaly New York, where he served as group creative director. Ribeiro and Stalker join MullenLowe L.A. from TBWA\Chiat\Day, where they both served as creative directors.

Joan Creative has hired executive producer Joyce Lee, art director Rose Sacktor, and copywriter Michelle Lamont. Lee was most recently senior integrated producer at Huson Rouge,; Sacktor joins from W+K New York; and Lamont from Pereira & O’Dell.

Director Johnny Green has joined the roster at Anonymous Content for representation in the U.S. and the U.K.

RSA Films has signed The Fits director Anna Rose Holmer.

Prettybird has added directors Geremy Jasper and Georgie Greville to its roster.

Hungry Man has signed director Saul Dibb for representation worldwide.

Derby has added director Roberto Serrini to its roster.

Company Films has signed director Paul Fox.

Director Kevin Bray has joined the roster at Hound for U.S. representation.  

Native content has signed director Sorrel Brae.

ContagiousLA has signed director Brandon Bray.

Director/animator John Kahrs has joined the roster at Not To Scale.

Production company Merman, co-founded by Sharon Horgan and Clelia Mountford, has opened a branded entertainment division to be headed up by Kira Carstensen, U.S.-based global managing partner and former Pulse executive, along with Jeremy Rainbird.

Final Cut has added feature film editor Jim Helton to its international roster.

Editor Graham Chisholm has joined the roster at Arcade.

The Mill has appointed Barry Parkhill to serve as managing director of its New York studio.

Digital

R/GA has appointed Steven Moy as U.S. chief technology officer.

Misc.

Bloomberg Media has hired former Havas CEO Andrew Benett as global chief commercial officer, a newly created role. Bennet will oversee ad sales, marketing services and a new consulting offering.
