Erich and Kallman has been named agency of record for New Belgium’s Fat Tire beer brand.

Following a review, Los Angeles-based Omelet has been named agency of record for Princess Cruises. The cruise line spent $26.5 million on U.S. measured media in 2016.

Japan’s largest airline, All Nippon Airways (ANA) has appointed Y&R New York its agency of record. It is the first AOR assignment that ANA has awarded to a U.S. agency.

Following a review, Uber is set to hire 72andSunny as its global creative agency. The assignment is not expected to affect Deutsch’s North American creative account.

Following a review, pancake chain IHOP has awarded creative duties to Droga5. 72andSunny was the other finalist in the last round of the review. IHOP spent just under $90 million on measured media in the U.S. last year.

Following a review, The&Partnership was named creative agency of record for women’s apparel retailer Chico’s.

Ulta Beauty has named MCann New York its new agency of record.

Karsten Jurkschat and Alex Little have joined McCann New York as associate creative directors. The two join from Ogilvy Melbourne.

Select World has named Hans Dorsinville as chief creative officer of North America.

Toby Petersen has been hired as associate creative director/art director at Cutwater.

Dwayne Raupp has joined Huge as executive creative director in Detroit.

VML West has hired Alison Tintle as group creative director, and Chris Howe as group director/experience design in its Seattle office.


Stink Films has added director Tom Green to its roster in the U.S.

Merman has signed director Paul Briganti.

Rocket Film has added directors Ben Fink and Pamela Romanowsky to its roster.

Brickyard VFX has added editor Andre Betz to its team, and Bug will now be the official banner for Brickyard’s editorial roster and services.

Nexus Studios, headquartered in London, has launched an office in Los Angeles headed by executive producers Luke Ritchie and Diego Rosner.

Joan Creative has hired Karla Stewart as managing director/head of account management. Stewart was most recently group brand director at 72andSunny.

Founder and executive creative director Charles Hodges has launched Arts & Letters Creative Co. in Richmond, Virginia, with Google as a launch client. Hodges was most recently group creative director at TBWA’s Media Arts Lab. He is joined by managing director Rich Weinstein, most recently senior VP/group account director at The Martin Agency; director of strategy Andy Grayson, former director of brand strategy at Goodby Silverstein & Partners; and head of production Letitia Jacobs, most recently executive producer at The Martin Agency.
