Following a review, Hilton Worldwide has hired TBWA as its global creative agency partner. TBWA will work on global initiatives but Hilton will continue to work on specific brands with various agencies, including GSD&M and The Martin Agency. Hilton Worldwide spent about $82 million on measured media in 2016.

Global humanitarian organization Care has appointed BBH New York its first advertising agency of record since 2014.

72andSunny Los Angeles has hired Keith Cartwright as executive creative director. Cartwright was most recently executive creative director at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners.

Deutsch has hired Roger Bova as head of design. Bova was most recently head of design at Barton F. Graf.

WPP’s GreyNordic has hired former Anomaly Amsterdam partner & executive creative director Martin Peters Ginsborg as ECD of UncleGrey in Denmark.

RPA has promoted Isadora Chesler and Selena Pizarro to VPs/director of video production.

Directors/Production

Tompa and Rondo (Tomas Skoging and Filip Nilsson) have joined the roster at RSA Films for representation in the U.S.

Saville Productions has signed director Dan Krauss.

Sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy have joined the roster at Anonymous Content for commercial representation.

Director Pamela Romanowsky has joined the roster at Rocket Film.

Gifted Youth has signed South African director Trevor Clarence.

1stAveMachine has added directors Tucker Bliss and Will Samuel to its roster.

Anonymous Content has signed directing collective PANTERA (Pato Martinez, Brian Kazez and Francisco Canton) for representation in the U.S. and the U.K.

Above+Beyond films has signed director AJ Bleyer to the roster.

Misc.

Two of the three founding members of David are leaving the agency next year. Co-founders Anselmo Ramos and Gaston Bigio, who served as CCOs of David Miami and Buenos Aires, respectively, plan to launch their own, as-yet-unnamed venture. Fellow founder Fernando Musa takes over immediately as chairman of the David organization.

CP+B will be closing its Miami office in March of 2018. Operations will be relocated to the agency’s Boulder, Los Angeles and São Paulo offices.
