Anomaly has won the global business for US-based online and betting firm The Stars Group, owner of the world’s biggest poker site PokerStars. The account will be handled out of New York and London with contributions from Anomaly’s other five offices.

Unilever’s Seventh Generation is moving its creative account to Opinionated from 72andSunny.

Following a review, Diageo has named Fig as its new global agency of record for Ketel One Vodka.

Doner has been awarded creative duties for Hackensack Meridian Health, a New Jersey health network.

Traditional Medicinals has appointed BSSP as the botanical wellness brand’s agency of record.

iShares by BlackRock has appointed DDB as global brand and creative agency of record. DDB San Francisco will partner with Omnicom sister agencies adam&eveDDB in London and DDB Mexico to service the business.

TBWA\Media Arts Lab has promoted Geoff Edwards and Chuck Monn to executive creative directors in MAL’s Los Angeles headquarters. Both report to chief creative officer Brent Anderson.

Liz Taylor is joining Leo Burnett Worldwide as chief creative officer. Taylor was most recently chief creative officer at FCB Chicago. Taylor will take on dual roles of chief creative officer and creative lead for the larger Publicis Communications North America.

Bob Winter has returned to Leo Burnett as the first group chief creative officer in Detroit. Winter will also oversee Publicis shops Arc and Rokkan.

Venables Bell & Partners has hired associate creative directors Grant Piper and Matthew Bottkol.

StrawberryFrog has hired Stephen Girasuolo as creative director.

Daniel Chu has joined Los Angeles-based agency Midnight Oil as executive vice president, creative. Chu was most recently EVP/chief creative officer of MRM/McCann West.
