The Community has hired Roger Baranas as executive creative director in its San Francisco office, overseeing creative for the West Coast. Baranas joins from Goody Silverstein & Partners.

David Miami has promoted Jean Zamprogno and Fernando Pellizzaro to group creative directors.

Allen & Gerritsen has promoted creative team Marie Rockett and Pete Valle to SVP/group creative directors. Chris Fernandez has been named group creative director and Erin Arbaugh associate creative director.
