Following a review, Fruit of the Loom has chosen GSD&M as its creative agency of record.

Audi has put its U.S. creative account into review. The longtime incumbent, Venables, Bell & Partners, is said to be participating in the review.

KFC U.S. has also issued an RFP. Wieden+Kennedy Portland has been been KFC’s creative agency since 2015 and will participate in the review.

Mercedes-Benz has consolidated its media and creative business with Omnicom Group, which created a dedicated unit for the automotive brand called “Team X”. Omnicom already served as creative agency partner in the U.S. via Merkley & Partners, whose Mercedes staff will now be integrated into the Team X team.

Enphase Energy, a global energy technology company, has named Droga5 New York as its first global creative agency of record.

Burger King has hired 360i to handle its U.S. social media account.

Agency Creative/ Producers

TBWA\Chiat\Day New York has promoted Tina Lam to associate director of production.

Grey New York has hired Peter Alsante as executive creative director. Alsante joins from BBDO New York.

McCann Worldgroup has hired Alex Lopez as president and global chief creative officer. Lopez joins from Nike, where he held several global leadership posts. Lopez replaces Rob Reilly, who was creative chairman before leaving for WPP.

JOAN has hired Cheri Anderson to take on a dual role, leading JOAN Studios as managing director and serving as head of production for the JOAN Creative agency.

Sachin Arora has joined Anomaly as a senior producer. Arora joins from Droga5.

Cary Leucke has joined TBWA\Chiat\Day New York as producer. Leucke joins from Johannes Leonardo.

W+K Portland has named JP Petty executive creative director. Petty was most recently head of social for W+K New York.

BBH USA has made a number of new creative hires, including group creative directors Gary Van Dzura and Adolfo Alcala; creative directors Valeria Vanzulli, Francesca Bonomi, Amy Travis, Alex Sprouse and Matt Vitou.

VMLY&R has hired Cinzia Crociani and Emily Sander as executive creative directors, based in New York. Crociani joins from McCann New York where she led Mastercard North America. Sander most recently led Edgewell brands at MullenLowe US.

CPB chief creative officer Jorge Calleja is departing the agency.

Huge has named Abdul Wahid Ovaice global executive creative director to lead the Google account.

David has hired Alejandro Juli as group creative director.

Directors/Production

Michael Dweck and Gregory Kershaw, DGA award-winning directors of feature documentary The Truffle Hunters, have joined the roster of Park Pictures for commercials and branded content.

Invisible Collective has added three new directors to its roster: Jessica Sanders, Nate “NateTheDirector” Edwards, and Shadae Lamar Smith.

Sanctuary Content has signed director Aisha Ford.

Eleanor has added directors Dawit N.M. and Woods to its roster.

Director Rory Mckellar has joined the roster at Durable Goods.

Panoptica has signed director Samuel Miron.

Emerald Pictures has signed director Alexander Alexandrov.

JOJX has added director Johnny Green to its roster for U.S. representation.
