San Diego-based Mindgruve has been named agency of record for First Horizon Bank.

Wieden+Kennedy Portland has appointed Azsa West as chief creative officer. West is a former W+K creative who held several leadership roles throughout its network. West was most recently executive creative director of Anomaly Berlin.

Hermeti and Ana Balarin are leaving Wieden+Kennedy Portland and will relocate to London to head up creative at Wieden+Kennedy’s London office.

BBDO San Francisco named Gustavo Sarkis as its chief creative officer.

After six years as Verizon’s chief creative officer, Andrew McKechnie is leaving the telecom brand.
